Our support groups provide greater accountability, support and a sense of community, thereby helping you to achieve your health goals.

Once you have completed your intake assessment with us and have received your personalized nutritional prescription, you are legible to become a member of any support group in The Green Dietitian Community.

If you don’t want to join a support group, you can still join The Green Dietitian Community for one way communication of announcements to stay in the loop!

Our support groups are hosted via the Communities feature on WhatsApp

WHO CAN JOIN

Anyone can join the community to receive general updates and announcements, like product finds, new resources, sales and events.

The support groups are for existing patients who are on a Health Journey with us

  • Fill in the application form below

  • Confirm recurring payment with a payfast link sent via email

For all those who are currently pregnant or planning a future pregnancy and wanting support on their journey to parenthood.

 
 

For all parents to babies under age 1 or who are on the journey to becoming parents.

For parents to 1-5 year olds or those with babies wanting to prepare and learn about toddler nutrition.

Rooted in support and non-judgement, the group offers gentle guidance to help you let go of diet rules, reconnect with your body’s cues, and build a more trusting, respectful relationship with food.

 
 

For anyone with a neurodivergent brain who will benefit from ongoing peer support and nutrition guidance in a practical, inclusive and neuro-spicy friendly approach.
