INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS
You can pay via Yoco or EFT which accepts international credit cards.
To pay via Yoco:
Go to our booking link and select your preferred consultation date and time. Make your booking. You will then be taken to a payment portal to complete your booking. This will not allow you to use an international credit card so just stop there and pop us a mail. Your booking will show up as “pending” on our side. I will accept your booking and will send you the Yoco link to make the card payment.

In your booking confirmation email, a link to ‘more information and directions’ will take you to a page where you can cancel.
Alternatively, you can WhatsApp or email us to cancel.

Instead of cancelling and rebooking, allow us just move your appointment. This helps us find you a new slot that works for you as soon as possible.

How much does a consultation cost?
We always charge well below medical aid rates.
Our consults are medical aid refundable if you have medical savings or have PMBs in select cases.

Couples consults: Can me and my not-partner book it
Yes, any two adults can book a couples consultation. It’s most valuable for people who live together like parent and teenage child, two siblings, you and a friend, etc.
Can I get a generic meal plan?
Our meal plans are always personalised.
However, we have a generic vegan meal plan available on our online shop.
How will a meal plan help me?
It will help you meet your personal nutritional needs, while fitting your personal schedule, and include/exclude any food you do/don’t enjoy. Our meal plans are tailored to help treat specific medical conditions if required and discussed.

Will medical aid pay? Can I go before my consult?
Yes. We can give you a form after your consultation or, if you already have an upcoming consultation booked and confirmed with us, just email us at least a week before your appointment so we can send the appropriate form to you. Pathology fees are charged to your medical savings account. Please check if you have funds if you need them to pay for tests. For any anticipated pathology fees, please phone your lab to find out beforehand if needed (Lancet, Ampath or Pathcare).
Do you only see vegans/vegetarians?
Nope! One of our special interests include vegan diets, but we are trained and happy to see anyone, regardless of their dietary choices. We are here to support you on your journey, whatever that may look like.
If I am a known patient but haven't seen you in a while, should I book an initial consultation or a follow-up consultation?
If it's been over 1 year since your last visit, please book an initial consultation as we will need to get caught up on your latest medical history, nutrition, activity patterns and more before we can give you advice. If it's been less than a year since your last visit, please book a follow-up consultation.
