We are a cash practice so you will need to pay for your consult in full upon consultation.
We will provide you with a medical aid compliant invoice after your consult.
We are registered with most major medical aids and endeavour to keep our rates below standard medical aid rates. This means that your consults should be reimbursed in full provided you have sufficient medical savings.
Many medical aids also cover dietitian consults under chronic benefits and maternity benefits.
If you need more information on medical aid reimbursement, email us.

We prefer to consult with one individual at a time as every person has such unique needs. We value family and partner involvement and loved ones are always welcome to sit in on sessions. We can also create nutrition plans to suit the whole family and can make individual plans so that couples and family members can eat together. We offer a 15% discount when you book 2 or more consultations with us. This allows you to come in with a partner or family member and see us one after the other (while sitting in on each others sessions if you would like to) and get a discount off each session. You are also welcome to do your sessions on separate occasions.
-
Please go to our booking page and select your preferred time slots, when you get to the payment page, don’t make payment. Pop us a mail and we will confirm your bookings manually. We will then send you an invoice reflecting your 15% discount and you can make payment prior to your consultations.
